P.S. I should add that when I called Brayola on Dec. 20, 2019 I was told they had not received my return but that was not true because I had proof with my tracking number. She had to back track. When I was told today (Jan. 3, 2020) that there is a computer glitch and they have no idea when it will be resolved...that is obviously not true either. When companies lie...that is really bad. I will be calling my credit card back and will be asking for a chargeback as I have all the documents needed.
