I received an email after placing an order that one of the items I ordered was on backorder and was not expected back in stock for 4 to 6 weeks. I immediately responded to cancel my entire order, as I only ordered the other item to get to free shipping. Never received a reply, so I called the next day and was told my order was cancelled. Next day I received an email that my order was shipping! So, once again, another email saying it should have been canceled. Still no reply. So I tried calling....an interminable amount of time spent on hold since “all customer representatives are assisting other callers” Due to the comment I overheard when I placed my first call, I think it was more likely that the customer reps are busy chatting with one another. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service with this company. This is a very competitive marketplace with a wide range of options, so I will be taking my business elsewhere. Maybe a piss poor review will make someone notice.
