While I really had a difficult time with my order, but in the end, I am very satisfied with my merchandise; however, I still have items that were backordered and I have not received them-also, I would recommend that when items are NOT available, you need to contact us immediately and let us know. Your customers should not have to contact your customer service to find this out. I love the items I have received and they fit perfectly. I am just really disappointed that I had to contact customer service numerous times to find out where my order was and to get a tracking number on my shipment which also took a long time to get to me.
