I ordered 2 bras that were not what I expected. I returned them in august, they received them on August 30, 2018. Tomorrow has been one month and still no refund. Their website says 14 days however they don't tell you they sit on for another week. I have spoken to several customer service clerks and they are the RUDIST people I have ever spoken to. They will yell at you if you get angry. BE really sure of what you are ordering if you expect customer service or your refund. I was told refund by 9/14 today is 9/17 now they say 3 more day.s. BEWARE BEWARE.
