I purchased 2 bras and they were very uncomfortable, fit like a sports bra and flattened me out completely...when I went to return them with the enclosed invoice, there was an address and nothing else...(no company name on the invoice.) I waited for 5 days after I received confirmation that they had been delivered and called the 800 number because I had not received an email saying that they were processing my return.
the woman I spoke with told me that it would take a couple of weeks to get a refund and so I am waiting. not great customer service, and the invoices are not what I would call professional. either your company has a licensed name or it doesn't...
