I have put in 2 email questions, received "tickets" and a promise that the Brayola team will answer my emailed questions. Its been over a week. I am now resorting to a phone call. I've been on the line twice now, each time for over 40 minutes and noone every answers the phone. My request was simple, but I still haven't heard back from Brayola. One bra didn't fit the other backordered for 6 weeks so I cancelled the order but it still came. Now they want to charge me $12 for 2 seperate returns on one order.
