I have ordered several bras 8-10 from Brayola! I ordered 2 bras early December 2019 ! I received 1 of 2 very quickly , how ever it now is the end of January and the other bra I bought and paid for has never come! They were answering their e- mails from me but nothing in a week! Their sight is saying this particular bra is no longer in stock but I received a different confirmation from them saying it would be sent Jan 12 ! Now they are not only not answering my e- mails they have me on hold to right now ... so far 45 minutes! Terrible customer service! I will never order from them again !
I hate to be disappointed like this! I have 3 sisters several nieces and many friends, I intend to let them all know how Brayola does business! :cry:
They even told me it would take a while if I decided I wanted a refund! Makes me wonder what kind of business this is! :rage:
