First, the bra I received was cheaply made with poor quality materials, but your return process is cumbersome, non-consumer friendly and archaic. To have to send you an email to receive return instructions is stupid. Then I must write the return code on the outside and inside of the package and fill out a form giving you the brand, style# size and quantity of the return? Don't be so lazy, you have all this information. And the capper is, if I miss any of these steps, you keep 25% of my refund? That sounds illegal, I already have to pay to return the thing. I would NEVER purchase from you again.
