I have been waiting for a refund since December 3rd, 2019. Here is the response from customer service. Thank you for contacting Brayola today. I am very sorry but at this moment we are unable to process any refunds due to a court order that has been filed and we are legally not able to refund until this has been closed. We will have more information within the next few weeks regarding this issue. We are very sorry for the inconveince this has caused you.
