I returned 2 bras that did not fit, which according to UPS were received back at their facility with their pre-printed label at 9:33 am on 11/3/2019. I have yet to receive a credit for the returned items — expensive for me. Their customer service for returns is designed to not give any response and annoy with endless phone wait. Do Not Do Business with this company.
