If I could leave less that 1 star I would have!!! Ordered item and following day received email saying it was backordered for up to 6 weeks. I immediately emailed back to cancel order. I was not willing to wait up to 6 weeks to get item. $ days later i get email saying it had been shipped. Called and waited over 30 minutes to speak to representative. Was told I must call back once I receive order or call my local post office and give them shipping info to cancel. WHAT IS THE LESSER EVIL?Waithing on line again with Bryola for 30 minutes or finding any government phone and waiting to speak to them?? So I waited until the item was delivered to the house, then called Bryola back as I was instructed. Gor the return label and shipped back. Well, today I see on my CC statement that I was not reimbursed for the shipping either direction. Even though
1- called and canceled my order promptly. (order was shipped 4 days after my cancelation)
2- was told my rep I would not be charged for return
So once again I called and waited 28 minutes to speak with someone. Christina answered and was rude from the get go. (I had the call on speaker and even our teenager noticed her tone and language with me) Extremely short with me and insisted I was not due a refund for the shipment outbound to me. FINALLY she refunded my return shipping of the item, but again said they would not refund my shipping rate for my item going to me. Unacceptable - I canceled my order and 4 days later it gets shipped!!! Customer service was deplorable, she couldn't have cared less about the situation. Sorry but I will now shop elsewhere.
