This is my first time ordering from Brayola, but unfortunately I needed to return my order. I contacted customer service via email as to where I needed to send my returns. They were prompt in getting me an address where to send it to. I returned the package via UPS & am now waiting for my refund. The process so far has been quite smooth, thus the title of my review.
