I purchased several bras from this company and returned them per their return instructions. I had confirmation that my return was received back in August. I noticed I hadn’t received my refund in December, and called to find out why. I was told there was a glitch in their system with their refunds and they offered me store credit. I really just wanted my money back, because I had ordered 8 bras and was returning 6. It’s mid-January and I have yet to receive my refund. I called and sat on hold during their posted business hours for 37 minutes before hanging up. I ended up filing a dispute with PayPal. I hope I get my money back.
