I cannot stress enough; Do not shop at @Brayola! Let them go out of business. Not only do they sell defective products, they also charge for returns, do not honor returns, nor do they communicate with their customers. I returned two bras that were not true to size. I expected to exchange them for another size but found out I would not be getting a full refund. I got my refund for one of the bra's, I did not get a full refund, I reluctantly accepted the lesser refund knowing I would never shop there again. The second one they had determined to be "less than pristine" I did not get an email, or any other form of communication saying my return was declined. They did not offer to send it back to me, since I had paid for it, technically it was still mine if they weren't going to accept the return, but I got nothing. I tried both bras on at the same time, one after the other, yet they say one of them (the first one I tried on) was returned dirty. I did get my 'partial' refund, but not until I threatened to report them to the BBB. I have one other bra that is not true to size. It cost almost 50 bucks. I can't return it, so now I'm stuck with it. DO NOT SHOP WITH BRAYOLA they do bad business!
