I am totally disillusioned and unhappy with your lack of customer service. After sending my order, I noticed immediately they had put a $27 shipping charge for next day delivery, which didn't happen. I called and spoke to a very pleasant person and she said since the order was just placed, she could change the shipping. Well, the bra did come in a couple of days and I'm so angry I didn't even try it on. I hope at least that's okay. But to deny me a change in shipping within 10 minutes of placing my order is not acceptable. And unless and until that is corrected, I will never do business with your company and will spread the news of my mistreatment. Not by the person on the phone, she just didn't produce as promised. Maybe it's beyond her control but whatever, it's totally out of my control. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. All my friends and relatives will certainly and are being told to never shop with your company. You may think "oh well." I'm telling you, it's not that easy. Business is hard and you better be more accommodating with your customers.
