The bra I ordered, arrived defective and unraveling. I was given a pre paid label to ship back. Later, I realized I had been charged for the pre paid label. Had to call. I was refunded for the label however, They refused to refund my original shipping. The customer service person was Curt when I asked for a manager, snapped at me, and did not get me one. Later , I was able to Chat with a manager who refunded my original shipping. I was told they usually do not even if the item is defective. I am glad she resolved my issues, but I will NOT shop here again.
