I bought two clearance non-returnable items and when my order arrived, only one of the two items was in the box even though I had been charged for both. I had no paperwork to prove it. When I called customer service to explain, they went to bat for me and after a few conversations, my second item was sent out in a few days. Thank you! You have a loyal customer!!!!
