It took several days for you to answer my email; in fact I had to send it twice. Then I was bombarded with emails of what to do. I had to enter what I had ordered on a sheet; why didn't you already know? Your return process is more cumbersome than any others. I now have it ready to return and have written the number on the outside of the box too. You're supposed to know your customers and not make them jump through so many hoops to make a return.
