I was guaranteed a maximum 90 minute wait at a £89 cost. Engineer took 2 hours to arrive, then when he got there he couldnt unlock my car, saying he was a breakdown engineer not an auto locksmith, he tried opening the car but couldnt so said i had to call the service again to get someone else out and that i would be charged extra. So decided to call someone else who came out in 20 minutes, at £20 and got in straight away! Calling back i managed to get my original cost of £89 down to a £49 call out fee.
