This is the absolute worst experience that I have ever had shopping online. I ordered a device on July 1st. For age verification, I uploaded photos of mine and my son's DL's. (He purchased it for me.) On July 6, I did a chat to try to get a status update. Victoria had me upload my DL again. She assured me that she made a new ticket with both DL's attached. Yesterday, I emailed them again to try to get a status update. So far today, July 8th, I have received TWO emails saying that my age verification FAILED!! I AM DONE WITH BREAZY.
