They have TERRIBLE customer service, to start off with. The worst is their "fulfillment process" I never heard of a company taking 3+ business days JUST to process an order, not even send it out for shipping. When I placed my order, the receipt stated it should arrive in 3-5 business days-STILL no order NOR a tracking #. If this company isn't ran out of a garage i'd be surprised. Terrible, terrible business. Amazon ONLY.
