First, I thought the deal was based of what you all could do, not what my bank could do in the finanance office, so the cost per month had to go up. I was rushed through the whole process. When my papers arrived in the mail, I did not have the 1000.00 I was promised to get my payments down without paying the 1000.00 fiscally. When I asked about that I was told that was only on office paper to show me a lower monthly payment. None of what we discussed mattered when closing out. Bad experience! Very rushed.
