This was my first service experience with my new Volvo. We purchased additional insurance for dent removal and wheel damage. I told the person who made the appointment it was my first service experience and that I wanted to get a dent removed From a door and a curb scrape addressed on one wheel. When I arrived for my service, I learned I had to initiate a claim to have those issues addressed. Granted I could have reviewed the paperwork to determine that myself, but a simple question like “have you already filed a claim to have that work done?” would have caused me to take necessary steps. That’s what the service tech did when I arrived, and I learned at that point I wouldn’t be able to get everything done I expected to. Also, I understood you all would wash and vacuum my car - it was washed, but not vacuumed.
