It took almost a month to receive my hose. After over 2 weeks of non-shipment, they didn't respond to multiple emails. I only got a response by calling, and the rep on the phone finally helped get my order (he was very helpful and saved this from a 1 star review). The outside of the hose was pretty dirty upon receiving it. Not a great experience.
