Very pleased with the user friendly online ordering system, packaging, delivery and the quality of the item.,disappointed at the tone of the response query as when it could be expected when it did nit arrive in a reasonable time. I did not expect to be told that I did not indicate that it was required by a particular date . The onus is surely on supplier to advise customer when delivery is expected? Other than that I am very satisfied and will be a returning customer.
