Hello,
The process from viewing the item in store to ordering online, to receiving the items went very well.
The pendants are lovely!
However, my Wife managed to wear the item for part of the first day when the chain broke. She wears jewelry regularly and "very" seldom has had to deal with a broken chain (especially so soon after a purchase).
