Always very prompt in replying to questions. Was helpful, courteous, and friendly on email. But of course I witnessed the friendliness, the great service, and the helpful staff first hand while vacationing in Ireland. Everything witnessed in person, was continued through email.
Should another gift giving occasion arise in the future, I will definitely order again. The jewelry pieces are truly one of a kind!
