Genuinely the best customer service I have gotten from a company ever I think. For a bit of context, my fiancée really loves Brian de Staic jewellery and I knew I wanted to ask her to marry me with one of the promise/dress claddagh rings from Brian de Staic, when it didn’t come in her size they provided me with other options but they weren’t my fiancée’s style, and without me even asking, Megan (the wonderful sales assistant) liaised with the workshop who sized it up for me.
