Dear Brian,
The pieces I ordered for my children were beautiful! They loved having their children's names engraved on them.
There was one error, however. Perhaps I wasn't clear enough on the one mens bracelet when I asked for one name to be engraved on the top and one on the bottom. I meant for them both to be on the top side of the bracelet not one on the top and one on the under side.
None the less, they were great gifts!
