We dealt mostly with the website. My cousin (lives in Ireland) called and spoke to a sales clerk asking the best way for me to order from the United States. The clerk was very helpful and explained to my cousin how to ship making sure we had a tracking number. We placed our order on line and received our ring very quick and no problem. The quality is perfect. I will highly recommend Your store/website again.
