I enjoyed visiting your shop some years ago, so I decided to order earrings for my soon-to-be daughter-in-law this Christmas. They are lovely [and the printing was spelled correctly.
I would like, however, to suggest that when you charge 25 Euro for 4-5 day delivery you check for accuracy. From 7 December [you were finished with the project] until 15 December when I received the package is not 4-5 days.
