The neckalce I ordered arrived in a beautiful box and also came with a very nice brochure explaning the product. The delivery time was excellent and my friend whom I gave the necklace to was thrilled with it. She was so happy she even cried some tears of joy. The neckalce chain and pendant are of excellent quality. The Ogham inscription is so unique and beautiful looking. Thank you for the excellent customer service!
