I would normally give 5 stars and always love the flags I get from you but several times I have had a problem with trying to find the small patch of material that you hook to the flag pole. One time there was no place at all and had to rig it myself. Please have your employees check this part before the order goes out it may be small but is needed to keep the flag secured to the pole. Thank you.
