“The order arrived broken with a very Light protection and general box was without mentioned it was fragile. I can not understand the shipping condition was so week for such an item. I was extremly disappointed because your product was so nice and I was impatient to have it in my house.”

“I love Briarwood Lane: I've purchased rugs, mailbox covers, house and garden flags - the quality and selection is unsurpassed. Great help on the phone too. The postal service stalled my delivery and it appears to be stuck or lost in Chicago. They offered to resend the order at no charge...package finally was delivered and I was able to cancel the reorder, but they were willing to resend at their expense - impressive!”
