“Fulfillment is VERY slow. I still don't have the item I ordered on November 30; now predicted to arrive on Dec 20. I won't be ordering again unless I can deal with a LOT of lead time.”

“I really love my door mat. The Fall and Christmas inserts are beautiful. I am giving only 2 stars because of the order experience. I was unable to place my order for several days and finally did so by phone during business hours. There is some sort of problem with their website. Now I have tried to shop the Labor Day sale and again I am unable to place an order. Very frustrating. The products are awesome but their website is awful.”

“I didn't want one item. It was not open, but Briarwood would not do refund. They said I need to ship back at my cost and a 25% restock fee. That would be the cost of item. So I will keep item that was ordered by mistake”

“Ordered a cute flag for Easter, the colors are bright and vibrant but….the “Happy Easter” is backwards on the opposite side! I kept it anyway and had the back side facing the house.”

“Item arrived damage, the small garden flagpole. Reached out to your company via email and no reply still. We struggled and were finally able to bend the flag pole, to make it usable. Still, did not expect item to arrive in that condition.”

“I have never received my merchandise. Had an email saying it was delivered but checked ring camera and no delivery was made . Called post office and no return call. Really disappointed . Have loved your products for a long time. Do not know what happened.”

“My order took entirely too long to arrive. I have placed many orders in the past and never had a problem, however, this order took almost a month to arrive. I placed the order on September 17 and didn't arrive until October 13 which is entirely too long in my opinion.”

“I did not receive flag holder but was charged for it. Called telephone number but did not reach anyone and did not receive a call back. Someone else’s order was included with mine. Disappointed here, as I’m sure the person whose order I received.”
