“Customer support was very good mailbox cover faded in 4 months they offered a credit equaling the cost of a new cover on my acct except I had no acct bought through Amazon I originally asked them not for credit just mail me a replacement which say eventually did after I spent about an hour trying to get on the account, but I didn't have because I had bought it through Amazon”

“I ordered 4 patriotic puzzles which arrived in good condition and on time. The puzzles are poorly made. The pieces get stuck together and when separating them the front side of the puzzles peel off. Once the puzzle was completed it was nearly impossible to take apart to put back in the box. I ended up throwing it away.”

“I was very upset, I ordered 3 12x18 dont tred on me flags. You took the order and sent me 3x5 flags then you said we dont have that size. So now I have flags I can't use”

“I really love my door mat. The Fall and Christmas inserts are beautiful. I am giving only 2 stars because of the order experience. I was unable to place my order for several days and finally did so by phone during business hours. There is some sort of problem with their website. Now I have tried to shop the Labor Day sale and again I am unable to place an order. Very frustrating. The products are awesome but their website is awful.”

“I didn't want one item. It was not open, but Briarwood would not do refund. They said I need to ship back at my cost and a 25% restock fee. That would be the cost of item. So I will keep item that was ordered by mistake”

“Ordered a cute flag for Easter, the colors are bright and vibrant but….the “Happy Easter” is backwards on the opposite side! I kept it anyway and had the back side facing the house.”

“Item arrived damage, the small garden flagpole. Reached out to your company via email and no reply still. We struggled and were finally able to bend the flag pole, to make it usable. Still, did not expect item to arrive in that condition.”

“I have never received my merchandise. Had an email saying it was delivered but checked ring camera and no delivery was made . Called post office and no return call. Really disappointed . Have loved your products for a long time. Do not know what happened.”

“My order took entirely too long to arrive. I have placed many orders in the past and never had a problem, however, this order took almost a month to arrive. I placed the order on September 17 and didn't arrive until October 13 which is entirely too long in my opinion.”
