“The quality did not seem that great. It came folded in half so there was a huge crease down the middle! Did not fit my mailbox so had to do some cutting and trimming and also put some black duct tape around the edges to make more secure. Would have sent back but postage would have been too high to make it worth it. Some of the smaller magnets might be more suitable.”

“Received a door mat with smeared ink in several places. A customer service rep told me that was part of the design. "Distressed" don't you know. Cost me $12 to send it back. I don't care because I want them to see how ridiculous the reason for the smears was. I am done with them! I had ordered quite a few things from them before but now I do not trust their quality. Good Luck if you give them an order.”

“I ended up getting duplicates of flags. I would put in quantity of 1 but it would change to 2. I have the duplicates which I paid for but not sure what to do? I have ordered several flags from you and have never had this happen.”
