“I love the flags just wish the fabric wieght would be a bit more heavy so it would not wrap around the flag pole. I am always going with my broom and flipping the flag. The flags are adorable and bright No fading.”

“I have always enjoyed the items I have purchased. Colors are Vibrant & appealing. This order was no different. Only thing I didn’t enjoy was the length of time for this delivery. Orders are taking much longer to arrive. Sadly, the Valentine decor will have to wait for next year to be used.😢”

“The products I recently ordered are great as always. I have been ordering for many years for myself and others. I have only ever had a piece or two that I wasn't pleased to have purchased. The service on my last order was not a positive experience. I order a gift for my mother n law that I needed as soon as possible. Because I had never had anything short of great service, I did not pay for faster shipping. My order was held up because one of the items was out of stock. I waited and waited. If there was an issue, I would have preferred the available items were shipped so at least I had part of the gift. I understand there would have been additional shipping if I had wanted a replacement item but to just hold the order didn't seem correct.”

“REALLY DO LIKE YOUR PRODUCTS. SOMETHING CHANGED RECENTLY THOUGH. MY LAST TWO ORDERS WERE VERY LATE; ONE WILL NOT BE HER UNTIL TOMORROW AND I ORDERED ON DEC. 30TH. THE PAST LATE ORDER I CALLED ABOUT DUE TO FACT THAT ITEM WAS COMING OUT TWO SIDES OF THE BOX. THE PRONGS THAT GO IN THE GROUND ON ONE END (YARD ARE) AND SIGN ON THE OTHER IT . BOTH YARD ARTS WERE IN BOX, NO PACKING AND MY SWEET FLAG IN STILL NO PACKING AND THERE THE YARD ART WENT SIDE TO SIDE AND BROKE THE BOX.”

“I haven't received them yet I ordered on Dec 8 says they were shipped Dec 9 Today is Dec 23 & I checked tracking yesterday it says they were in Connecticut Maybe they will get here by the weekend I hate that All of it was Christmas gift”

“Briarwood Lane was, as always, very responsive in filling our order. The 3 Stars was given because the quality of the products is not what we have to come to expect from Briarwood. Of the four bunting items ordered, only one hangs properly. The other three cannot be made to hang without bunching of the material thus distorting the semi-circle.”

“First of all shipping for a previous order took forever. Weeks. The most recent order I received was shipped faster but the metal stands were bent and had to be bent back to hold the glass inserts.”
