I ordered 3 flags. They say it was delivered but I never received. It has been 1 1/2 weeks and they have been no help. Have not offered a solution.

I ordered a mini mat tray then accidently ordered a very large mat that so i tried to return itonlyvto findci could not get a return label, and I could only get a gift card or credit. I had bought through Amazon pay, as I thoght i would be able to return to my original credit card thru Amazon. I could not do any of those things and was told I had to pay to send the mat back at my own expense. This I did finally at a higher price than the original mat cost me. It was a frustrating experience, made more so by the fact that I never had a bad experience with customer service @ discount decorative flags They were always very accommodating over the past many years before being acquired. Also I kept trying to send emails, and it appeared the S did never show up on the email address and I was sending to "upport" not "support@" I assume none of those went through

These towels were advertised to be used in the bathroom or kitchen. They are KITCHEN TOWELS, made to dry a dish not your face or hands. Please change the advertising to let people know.

We flew the house flag for 2 days and the bottom seam came apart and unraveled. Have tried to contact you to no avail ! Your product and your company are well below the lowest of any standards !!!

It’s really hard for me to give you any such thing as Stars I didn’t like the way I was treated the last time I talk to Sue I order a lot of your stuff I always was ordering when I realized I ordered a double and too many I said, I had to return it. I sent it back along with a flag, and then Se sent me a message telling me that they could not find the order and they said that I didn’t order it through them. That is not true. I told him when I find the order. I will get right back to you, so I found the order at five minutes later and called her back. No apology no nothing. Oh yeah I see it now Fine I told her what I wanted. Yes I got what I wanted but I realized after all of that, why do I have to kiss butt or show you anything if I am a loyal customer? I’m there all the time buying I decided that isn’t worth it anymore so you lost me for a customer and that’s really sad because I buy all the time that’s OK. Have a happy Easter and I’m sorry that you don’t understand how I feel but that’s OK bye

Still waiting for the delivery. It’s been almost a month since I orders the flag. It’s coming by Stagecoach from the USA I live in Canada. We live in 2023 and the delivery is terrible. When and if I get this flag it will be my last!!!!

Very disappointed given my long term business relationship with your company. Pillows offered for 2/$35. I thought by clicking the offer I would receive the 2 pillows. Instead I had to order each pillow separately. The wording of the special offer was veryconfusing. Customer service refused to give me a break and honor the sales price. I am still very upset and question your company’s compassion for their loyal customers Elizabeth Small

They say you can return for any reason but what they don't say is that along with the customer being responsible for the return shipping charge, Discount Flag will also deduct $5.00 I guess for a restocking fee. They claim to charge a 25% fee if not in the original packaging. My wife did carefully open the package to take the flag out. How else would you be able to decide if you like the flag or not. The flag we ordered had a large faded streak which she did not like. First thought this was a flaw only later to learn it was part of the design. By her opening the package we were charged. Between return shipping fee of $6.00 and the $5.00 they charged for whatever reason, we were out $11.00 on a $14.00 flag. This place is a ripoff should you have to make a return
