I am still waiting for the delivery of large house flag!!! What is the status? I received the hummingbird n magnet weight but not the flag? If I don’t receive within 7 days, can going to contact my credit card company.

We’ve ordered for ourselves and sent as gifts for years. This time our order didn’t make it to the intended receiver. I’ve reached out to Briarwood Lane to see if they might offer any assistance? Instead I received an automated email explaining they’ve been overwhelmed with orders & it may take days to hear back from someone. It’s Interesting there’s time for an email to be sent for a review?. A dear friend sells for the competition, time to try them out. Loyalty isn’t rewarded so no need to be so.

Until now I was really impressed with your company and have purchase a lot! I reached out about a defective porch leaner and never received a response and I don’t feel that I should pay for shipping to return it so I threw it away and I am not sure I will be ordering from your company again.

I ordered four mailbox covers and one flag. I only received one mailbox cover. Supposedly after two emails and one return phone call, I’m to receive the remainder of my order. This still has not happened.

I have not received it after ordering on February 16. Told it was lost in transit so one was reordered on February 28. Still haven't seen it either as it appears to be sitting in a facility and not moving on to me. So at this point, I can't tell you one way or the other if it is worth the wait, but tend to lean towards it not being worth the wait. I can tell you for sure that your choice of shipper used absolutely is unreliable thus causing me not to want to purchase from you ever again.

I ordered an Easter flag and balloon spinner the first of February and haven’t received them yet. I’ve always gotten the items I’ve ordered in the past but not those yet.

Delivery took too long. Also all the flags are only readable on one side. Just dissappointed. Ugh So I will place another order that is duplicate so I can tear them apart and sew two together so they are readable on both sides. The way that I display them it is a must. I didnt read the whole description....

When my Snowman door hangar arrived, it had a big chip,out of the bottom. I was asked to take a picture and it would be taken care of. Sent the picture ages ago and haven't heard a word. They have great stuff, but won't shop there again and would not recommend to anyone because of the service.

Very very disappointed with shipping. Last 3 orders have been a mess. Orders had flags and mailbox covers missing. Orders have been delayed in shipping. Time for me to move on.
