It’s been 3 weeks and I have not received my order. The ETA changes multiple times a day with the latest stating that I would get my delivery on June 6th which was 3 days ago. I emailed customer service and was told to wait another 3-5 days and if I have not received it to contact them again. Will be disputing the credit card charge in 3-5 days!

Ordered the wrap around flag stand because it said unique design and no stopper needed. My flags blow off all the time and twist up. Contacted company and they said it was defective and sent me another one EXACTLY like it. I had asked for stoppers and never received any. I hate the item. It is such a nuisance! Very disappointed!

The order arrived broken with a very Light protection and general box was without mentioned it was fragile. I can not understand the shipping condition was so week for such an item. I was extremly disappointed because your product was so nice and I was impatient to have it in my house.

I was in search for a colonial style Betsy Ross flag made here in the USA. What I was told was that the company is located in NJ. This lead me to believe that the flag was made there. But it’s made in china. CCP I wasn’t happy with that nor the quality of the flag. I wanted to return and get my money back. All I was offered was a store credit or a reduced refund return for which I had to pay for the postage. So no I wasn’t happy.

Place order and received a message next day that the item I requested was out of stock. I picked another item but noticed that my orginal item was still listed available. My order showed as shipped on 4/30, did not arrive until 5/9 - seems like a very long time for an item to go from NJ to CT. I've ordered in the past and receive my items next day or within two days.

Not at all happy with my items I ordered from you. My porch board is not good wood. i have ordered from other places way better porch boards.. Guess you get what you pay for. what really is upsetting.. my door hanging item came broke. Total waste of money. it was cheap made and not packed right by you. It would of never broke of it was packed and shipping right. I think its bull that i have to pay for sending it back when its your fault. I will never order from you ever again and will tell my friends and family about how how cheap things are and arrive broke. other places i have ordered from has free returnes.. Again my my fault my item got broken into in shipping. what a dissapointment and a rip off.

Too much to get into. Product never arrived. CS offered a re-shipment of the product where I rejected the offer. A full refund was issued with in 36 hrs.

This is a review of the “Be Thankful” decorative pillow I received. I was very displeased with the design (photo attached) and a heavy line running through the printing. (I ordered this on my cell phone where the line was not easily seen.). It actually looks like it’s saying DON’T be grateful. You need to scrap this design as is, or redesign it minus the line through the printing (which your representative said was supposed to represent a slat in board in the background—but the line is much darker than the lines in the board.). Since the representative said it was not a flaw, I am stuck with a product I will not display because it looks like it’s saying do not be grateful. I am very displeased.

Guys-Everything is basically ok until it comes to delivery of the order. You use The Post Office. The USPO is the worst possible delivery service there is. My flag sat 4 extra days due to their ineptness and incompetence. Please, consider UPS or at least Fed Ex Ground. Any added cost is well worth it. FYI I try and avoid merchants who offer only The Post Office for delivery.....

I never received the flag but received the rubber stopper. Got an email weeks ago they would ship the flag never got it but was charged for it now disputing the charge.

We’ve ordered for ourselves and sent as gifts for years. This time our order didn’t make it to the intended receiver. I’ve reached out to Briarwood Lane to see if they might offer any assistance? Instead I received an automated email explaining they’ve been overwhelmed with orders & it may take days to hear back from someone. It’s Interesting there’s time for an email to be sent for a review?. A dear friend sells for the competition, time to try them out. Loyalty isn’t rewarded so no need to be so.

Until now I was really impressed with your company and have purchase a lot! I reached out about a defective porch leaner and never received a response and I don’t feel that I should pay for shipping to return it so I threw it away and I am not sure I will be ordering from your company again.

I ordered four mailbox covers and one flag. I only received one mailbox cover. Supposedly after two emails and one return phone call, I’m to receive the remainder of my order. This still has not happened.
