“When my Snowman door hangar arrived, it had a big chip,out of the bottom. I was asked to take a picture and it would be taken care of. Sent the picture ages ago and haven't heard a word. They have great stuff, but won't shop there again and would not recommend to anyone because of the service.”

“Very very disappointed with shipping. Last 3 orders have been a mess. Orders had flags and mailbox covers missing. Orders have been delayed in shipping. Time for me to move on.”

“Ordered 5 flags waited came in mail 2 weeks later and found one flag missing called your customer service phone number left messages called me back said flag was sold out how comes it was there when ordered. online will never purchase anything from your company bad experience!”

“I am attempting to return flags. Flags do not match. The tea stained american flag was gold stripe, not tea stain and the garden flag that was to match is made with a totally different material. I attempted to to start a return and the email provided is not active. I purchased for summer a house and garden matching flag but flags faded quickly in sun. I want to shop with your company as you state the flags are American made.”
