I ordered a mini mat tray then accidently ordered a very large mat that so i tried to return itonlyvto findci could not get a return label, and I could only get a gift card or credit. I had bought through Amazon pay, as I thoght i would be able to return to my original credit card thru Amazon. I could not do any of those things and was told I had to pay to send the mat back at my own expense. This I did finally at a higher price than the original mat cost me.
It was a frustrating experience, made more so by the fact that I never had a bad experience with customer service @ discount decorative flags
They were always very accommodating over the past many years before being acquired.
Also I kept trying to send emails, and it appeared the S did never show up on the email address and I was sending to "upport" not "support@"
I assume none of those went through
