“we bought this pole due to dimensions= 1"x57". it is not. it is only 3\4" in diameter. contacted the company but they needed to see the defect. i told them not a defect just the wrong size compared to website dimensions. they then told me to take a pic of the defect. what defect? i give up on this website! do i really need a pic when you can go to a new one on your shelf to find out they are not 1" dia.”
