“The metal art I ordered is totally wonderful: perfect size, extra gorgeous colors, well made. I ordered one for Halloween & one for Christmas. The packaging concerned me: though sturdy cardboard, it was the taping-one end was completely open, as if the tape had been cut. I happened to be outside when it came & the delivery person told me to ‘watch the one end, it’s not taped closed’. And he was sure right - had I picked it up the wrong way, both items would have slipped out.”

“After waiting for my flags to arrive only to find out that they were out of stock I was disappointed for sure ! A few days later here they came ( after my money was cheerfully returned) . Excellent customer service to say the least. Thank you for making this happen. Support small businesses 👏”

“The garden flags I ordered had colorful designs. One arrived with wrinkles in it . I wish you could offer double sided garden flags. I think the customer should be able to use any special discount (15,20%etc) and at least one of the $5 paper coupons you send on the same order. You send the coupon but then I couldn’t use it since I was taking advantage of your “summer savings” I understand not using multiple $5 coupons but it would be good customer service to allow 1-2 per order. (Like other websites do)”

“I have enjoyed the flags however the towels had spots on them. I sent a message to your company and apparently you did not receive it but your flags are absolutely wonderful. I did not send the towels back, but they were going to be gifts for Christmas and now I have to choose something else.”

“I love these flags that I buy from Briarwood Lane , I do buy from them serveral times throughout the year my only complate would be that they are not doublesided , which is why I gave the 4 stars ...they are beautiful colorful flags .... would love them if I was able to see from back of flag , bc the wording is then backwards too .”

“The service is great and shipping times are quick. The only complaint I have is with their products that use solar LED panels for lighting. They either quit working after about 6 months or are not installed properly--mine fell out of the gazing ball when I turned it over. They need to switch to all battery power for any product which lights up.”

“Have the antique look I was looking for to replace worn ones. My only disappointment is: these have no cotton which I would’ve preferred but have sewn stars. The stars, along with tea stained look fits what I want on our 1835 half cape”

“I ordered the large tea stained bunting and am very happy with the product. My only criticism is that there is almost too much material. I pressed them before I hung them up and even with that the extra material at the center of the pleats was hard to handle. I ordered 4, 2 for the front porch and 2 for the side porch. They look great and the price was very reasonable”
