“I loved the colors of the things I received. Beautiful! My only problem is the wind socks. Here in Nebraska we have wind come through quite often. I have numerous socks around my patio to keep the birds away. The string and hook do not work! They tangle, they break the string, make a mess and I have to rebuild them. I have a way that works longer, but I need heavier hooks and string. Maybe you should talk to your people 😉”

“The customer service was great! The options for materials replacements are not. I need a 28"×16' coir mat insert. It is Brairwood's design but there are no replacement inserts. I love the interchangeable option of the mat.”

“Love the oversized mailbox covers but I always have to add more magnets because with the larger mailbox the covers tend to curl or the wind blows them off completely.”

“I absolutely love the windsocks! I have a new theme/design for just about every month... They are very high quality... But the strings need to be a little bit more UV resistant... They begin to breakdown With excess sun exposure. I also really like the doormats and the garden flags and the designs thereof. But they need to be more UV light resistant. They fade within a season.”

“I do not like burlap flags that are reversible because you can see thru them when sun shines. Also I'd like to see a filter for"read on booth sides " and then I'd like to see a lot more with legible print on both sides. I also would like to see free shipping on everything. I love the overall selection of your products and reasonable prices.”
