“Love your products and your website is very easy to navigate. My only issue with Briarwood Lane is the amount of time it takes to get the things you order. While it seems to have improved, it is still quite slow in comparison to many other on-line retailers. This means that something ordered for a particular holiday or season can often come AFTER that season or holiday has passed. Certainly, that item will work for years to come, but that is often disappointing.”

“Hello - received a $5.00 off coupon for Briarwood Lane and immediately got on your site and bought 2 beautiful dish towels. I love them plus I got a free gift!!! How great is that? The one thing though was I did nto recieve an e-mail confirming my order. Plus I was wondering about a delivery date. I ended up e-mailing you Guys and Customer Support was very helpful. All in all a good experiece. Thank you, robin b. P.S. I do not remember who delivered the package or how many days it took. I did answer the delivery was on time but I was never really sure what the delivery date was.”

“I loved the colors of the things I received. Beautiful! My only problem is the wind socks. Here in Nebraska we have wind come through quite often. I have numerous socks around my patio to keep the birds away. The string and hook do not work! They tangle, they break the string, make a mess and I have to rebuild them. I have a way that works longer, but I need heavier hooks and string. Maybe you should talk to your people 😉”

“The customer service was great! The options for materials replacements are not. I need a 28"×16' coir mat insert. It is Brairwood's design but there are no replacement inserts. I love the interchangeable option of the mat.”

“Love the oversized mailbox covers but I always have to add more magnets because with the larger mailbox the covers tend to curl or the wind blows them off completely.”
