“I COULD ONLY GIVE YOU A 3 STAR RATING BECAUSE YOUR PICTURE ON YOUR WEB SIGHT DID NOT MEASURE UP TO THE QUALITY THAT YOUR FLAGS REVEALED TO ME WHEN I RECEIVED THEM . ONLY 2 OUT OF FOUR FLAGS HAD THE APPEARANCE THAT YOUR WEB SITE SHOWED . I DON'T KNOW HOW YOU CAN CORRECT THIS OUTSIDE OF THIS YOUR WEBSITE IS OUTSTANDING , MICHELE IS AN EXCELLENT REPRESENTATIVE . IDON'TKNOW WHY ALL OF YOUR FLAGS DON'T LOOK LIKE THEY DO WHEN YOU ADVERTISE THEM ON YOUR WEBSITE . SOMEONE NEEDS TO ADDRESS THIS ISSUE .”

“The only problem I have had is with the Steelers flag I bought. It only lasted for part of last summer and then it tore in shreds. I was very disappointed with the quality of that flag. That was the second Steelers flag that did the same . I will not purchase Steelers flags again. GAR.”

“I recently purchased the Hummingbird garden flag holder. Was very pretty but was very bent when delivered. Customer service said to check with the delivery co. Have them send it back. Actually, I wanted it now! So my son straightened it easily I was surprised it was so flexible for the price. I have several of their flags but they were incredibly hard to slide on & those little flower stoppers are even harder to push through the metal. I was disappointed in my purchases.”

“I placed my order because I liked the flags but when I received my order I realized from my last order that they are not double sided. The writing on one side is always backwards. I liked the mailbox cover.”

“The garden flags were great...but I accidently ordered a yard flag...so when i went to return it UPS said $30....the flag only cost $10.....disappointed they wouldnt pay for the return.”
