“I never got it. I think it got lost in the mail. They said they would reship another one, then I got a notice they were out of stock. So Iwas very disappointed. They did promptly refund me for it though. I ended up buying gone on eBay and it cost me more money. At least I finally have one for the project I was trying to complete. I 2as using for privacy flags around my patio.I needed one more.Most of them I purchased from local stores.(see picture)”

“I have ordered for years from Discounbt Flags for my GARDEN flags. I have always been very pleased with them. But this year I ordered three more GARDEN flags but received only one GARDEN flag and TWO HOUSE flags. When I contactedT Briarwood Lane about the mix up, I had to deal with a VERY rude lady who told me that was what I ordered and I had to pay the shipping back. I have never even selected HOUSE flags to look at. Therefore I will not be ordering any more GARDEN flags from Briargate Lanes as it was NOT my fault. I will be ordering them from another company. I will give the HOUSE flags to the Goodwill.”

“Love the flag but the matching metal yard decor was not very good plus it’s just okay to heavy to send back !I will stick with flags from now on !”

“I have been buying house flags for approximately 20 years, and have amassed several dozen, or so. I was a bit disappointed by the last 2 I recently purchased. Although the colors are vivid, the quality appears to have diminished. I preferred the flags that were made of a softer material. These new ones are more stiff, and a tad smaller.”

“Have been a customer for YEARS...always loved to quick ship--the variety that is offered--but my last order the quality is CHEAP---what happened--not sure if I will keep ordering...flags feel like cheap paper and fade quickly...what happened?????????????????????????????????”

“Very disappointed. when we went to put our 3/4 in. Rod through the opening designed for the rod, at the end of the opening there was stitching in the shape of a triangle. The rod would not go thru. We had to remove the stitches which defaced the flag. Otherwise, a very pretty flag. What is the purpose of that stitching? Rediculous thing to have .”

“I've been a faithful DDF customer for at least 15 or more years and enjoy looking for more flags and mailbox covers. I wish you had more large mailbox covers to chose from. One issue I have with your recent purchases of flags and mailbox covers is their colors fade quickly. I have some from years ago that are still colorful, but the recent ones only last a month or so. I have had to dispose a lot of them after a month or so of use. Thank you! Anne Quinn”

“I have been a customer for quite awhile and have many beautiful products including flags windsocks, a door mat, and 2 metal art pieces. However. This time the shipping box was damaged as was one of the metal art pieces I ordered. It should be noted the piece was missing the rubber end protectors which I believe caused the item to poke through the end of the box. The item was also bent. I was advised I would receive a replacement which I haven't as of today. Looks like there's no way to attach photos.”

“While I really love the quality of the flags, mailbox covers, and most recently the door hangers I've purchased from Discount Decorative Flags, I have to say that dealing with their customer service representatives is a less than desirable experience. They are not particularly friendly or helpful. Also, I would appreciate you just giving me the best price you can give me without having to jump through the hoops of "discount codes" and "rewards points".”

“Haven’t tried the towels yet but they feel stiff. I hope they will be as absorbent as they are pretty. I do like the fall and Halloween prints. Thank you for the quick delivery and fair price.”
