I absolutely LOVE Briarwood Lane's products!!! My flags, doormats and door hangers are always perfect. I appreciate the way you package everything so nicely as well! Thank you so very much. I am looking forward to receiving my latest order for the snowman doormat and wooden door hanger to match. EDIT: I received a call from "Sue" in Customer Service yesterday stating that the snowman door hanger is available but they were out of the doormat at this time. She stated they should have the doormat in within the next few weeks. I said that was fine, just hold my order until the mat comes in and ship together. I don't understand why she said the company could not do that? As I paid with my debit card, she said they would take off the amount for the doormat, ship the door hanger, and then put amount back on card if and when the doormat ships. I have been hearing a lot of complaints from other people over the past few days about how much Briarwood has changed. Please try to correct these problems before you completely go out of business because I love your products! However I can get my doormat to match my door hanger with the checkered snowman is fine, as long as I get them before December 2024!!! God bless you! As for the questions below, No, my delivery was not on time, has not been made by anyone yet, hopefully will not be damaged, and I have NO idea how long this delivery is going to take.

Love the lanterns picture when it is on. Thought the plastic was a little cheap looking and was not durable. Would not buy another one. Very disappointed.

I bought the wrong flag. I paid for the product to be shipped. Then returned. I then ordered the correct flag and paid for shipping again. The quality of the flags is great however, that’s a lot of money I waisted to get the correct flag. I really should have just kept is bc the shipping x2 was just about the cost of the glad, however I don’t have a big flag pole. Not sure if I will order again because of this.

Came in an envelope folded in half so it doesn’t fit properly on the mailbox due to crease from being folded Description doesn’t say that it is held on by 2 magnetic strips and zip ties

The shopping experience was pleasant. But we never did get to enjoy our new home décor. Because we never received it. The Post Office lost it. Maybe the Grinch was working at the Post office that day!!

I am sorry but this upside down which was not up to standard as any of your other flags were. I don't know what the issue was other than it being upside down. And will you put the pole just wasn't working.

I love your flags, windsocks and door decor, but the metal decor are flimsy. The stakes broke off and now us hang them vs taking them in the ground.

I have ordered several doormats and flags and am very satisfied with quality and they are beautiful. However recently I ordered the wrong size flat and wanted to return it and order the correct. No luck! There were no instructions for returns in the box and no one answers the phone in customer service and no one calls back. Very disappointing .

Order placed 7/22/23. Credit Card charged. You don't show the order and it hasn't arrived. If something isn't done we will no longer be a customer!

I purchased the Buffalo Check Watering Can Mailbox Cover along with the matching house flag on 4/13/23. I'm very disappointed in the mailbox cover as it has already faded out. The flowers no longer have any color and the entire cover is totally faded. The flag is still colorful.

Tracking shows it delivered but my friend NEVER received his flag. I asked for a refund and have not heard one word. So now I’m out the money with no flag. I’ll never buy from this company again!!!!

I used to shop a lot for flags at your business and thought I was getting a good deal, but I found out otherwise. Temu has flags at unbelievable prices, and I am doing most of my shopping here. Also Hamricks has flags that are less expensive than yours. There were times you would send me a $5 card, and it would not take it.

Placed an order about 16 days ago still nothing. Went to see update today told me it delivered to mail room at post office not to happy about that😞

I was disappointed. I thought it was a two sided flag. You might want to consider making two sided Yard flags.

The windsocks are poorly made. The fabric is cheap and loosely stitched. I sewed all the seams before using them to secure the stitching. The flags are well done.

Was not satisfied with garden flag, poor color, trees r not blue! I will keep and be dissatisfied. It wasn’t that costly, I don’t have original wrapper, not going to pay for shipping again. Usually companies refund customers $ and tell them to keep product when customer is dissatisfied thanks anyways
