I really love my door mat. The Fall and Christmas inserts are beautiful. I am giving only 2 stars because of the order experience. I was unable to place my order for several days and finally did so by phone during business hours. There is some sort of problem with their website. Now I have tried to shop the Labor Day sale and again I am unable to place an order. Very frustrating. The products are awesome but their website is awful.
