“Not at all happy with my items I ordered from you. My porch board is not good wood. i have ordered from other places way better porch boards.. Guess you get what you pay for. what really is upsetting.. my door hanging item came broke. Total waste of money. it was cheap made and not packed right by you. It would of never broke of it was packed and shipping right. I think its bull that i have to pay for sending it back when its your fault. I will never order from you ever again and will tell my friends and family about how how cheap things are and arrive broke. other places i have ordered from has free returnes.. Again my my fault my item got broken into in shipping. what a dissapointment and a rip off.”

“I love the flags just wish the fabric wieght would be a bit more heavy so it would not wrap around the flag pole. I am always going with my broom and flipping the flag. The flags are adorable and bright No fading.”

“I have ordered the 40" long windsocks to hang on my back porch to help keep birds from flying into my windows. I have always been very satisfied with the quality of Briarwood Lane products and as my windsocks fade from the hot Texas sun, I will order replacements from them. I also purchased an oversized comfort mat this time and LOVE the quality and large size!”

“This was the first order I placed with Briarwood Lane, and I was very pleased with the products and service I received. I ordered several seasonal garden flags and mailbox covers, and everything is brightly colored and of very good quality. I was sent one incorrect item, and the customer service was fantastic - they very quickly sent out a replacement with no need for me to return the wrong item. Would definitely recommend this company to friends and family!”
