“I have been pleased in the past. I didn’t receive the American flag garden flag that was supposedly free with my last order. I did include the code in my order. The new hummingbird house flag is much brighter than pictured online.”

“I can always find a decorative flag I love for any occasion...usually multiple! The quality of these flags is unmatched. I live in a place that often gets very high wind gusts off the water and they have withstood many a storm still looking great! Prices are also reasonable considering the quality. Fast shipping too!”

“I bought the wrong flag. I paid for the product to be shipped. Then returned. I then ordered the correct flag and paid for shipping again. The quality of the flags is great however, that’s a lot of money I waisted to get the correct flag. I really should have just kept is bc the shipping x2 was just about the cost of the glad, however I don’t have a big flag pole. Not sure if I will order again because of this.”

“I purchased one of the balloons from a shop on vacation. When I got home, the product was damaged. I contacted Briarwood and they immediately offered me a credit with free shipping so I can get a new balloon. Their customer service is amazing.
