“I can't even begin to count the number of products I have purchased. They are well made and last. “We’ve ordered for ourselves and sent as gifts for years. This time our order didn’t make it to the intended receiver. I’ve reached out to Briarwood Lane to see if they might offer any assistance? Instead I received an automated email explaining they’ve been overwhelmed with orders & it may take days to hear back from someone. It’s Interesting there’s time for an email to be sent for a review?. A dear friend sells for the competition, time to try them out. Loyalty isn’t rewarded so no need to be so.”

“Everything we got for you have been very high quality. Even the online experience was great. When I tried to do the chat later in the day, it let me know no one was there but I could leave a message and that would turn into a email ticket they would fill in for me. It was great because didn’t have all those annoying selections and made it really easy, and quick response.”
