My recent purchase included a beautiful fall wind spinner. I had been looking for one with beautiful leaves and finally found one at decorative flags. Unfortunately, it was defective. I called customer service and explained the situation and they were very polite and courteous. The woman I spoke with said she would send me a new spinner tomorrow and to discard the defective item. I received my new spinner a few days later and I am very happy with it. I can't wait to hang it outside this fall. Thank you DDF for great products and a friendly CS. I was very impressed!!
